This course is being offered for free as it forms a qualifying aspect of the teacher’s certification course to become a Unified Mindfulness Coach. Your teacher will be fully supported throughout the delivery of this course by his trainers.
This course is limited to 8 participants.
No special experience or talents are required to have a successful experience with this course!
Ben is a full time, accredited professional life coach (specialising in the field of neurodiversity) and has over 850 hours of live coaching experience.
He is also trained to teach hatha yoga to an advanced level, is a self realisation retreat master in training and holds a level 2 counselling certification.
He has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for 16 years.
Ben fell in love with the Unified Mindfulness system due to the way it provides a practical and modular approach to the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation.
Beginners: Discover a clear, jargon-free, step-by-step approach on how to start meditating.
Those struggling with consistency: You have tried to meditate before but find it hard to maintain a routine. This course will refresh your experience and bring new understanding, clarity and motivation to reconnect with your practice.
Intermediate practitioners: Perhaps your practice has levelled out and become a bit ‘boring’. This course will show you how to take mindfulness off the cushion and into your daily routine.
Experienced meditators: You want to see how the structured, evidence-based Unified Mindfulness framework can complement and organise your existing practice.
What you’ll get from taking part:
This 8-week training is designed to give you exact tools that will both increase the satisfation of daily life as well as help you handle everyday challenges with more ease and less friction.
An introduction to the foundational ‘See Hear Feel’ technique. We will discuss your personal goals and how to begin applying this method to your daily routine.
An introduction to the ‘Feel Rest’ technique to help manage stress. You will learn how to identify and lean into subtle states of relaxation, helping you rest more deeply.
Learn how to integrate your new skills into a busy day. We will break down the three types of practice—formal sessions, short exercises (‘microhits’), and background practice—so you can train your mind anywhere, whether you are procrastinating over a task or standing in a queue at the supermarket.
Discover the ‘Feel Flow’ technique to improve focus and mental clarity. You will also get access to ULTRA (Universal Library for Training Attention), a comprehensive framework encompassing major global contemplative approaches.
Learn how to use mundane, routine moments—like walking to the shops—to build focus and spontaneity using the ‘Auto Walk’ technique.
Explore the ‘Feel Good’ technique. Learn how practicing alongside music can sharpen your attention and improve your mood during your daily routines.
Learn how to choose the right technique for the right moment. This session gives you the autonomy to decide how to handle difficult emotions or stressful environments effectively.
Establish a sustainable routine that fits your specific lifestyle, ensuring your mindfulness practice continues to benefit you long after the course finishes.
