WHO'S THE TEACHER?

Is this programme for you?

Beginners: Discover a clear, jargon-free, step-by-step approach on how to start meditating.

Those struggling with consistency: You have tried to meditate before but find it hard to maintain a routine. This course will refresh your experience and bring new understanding, clarity and motivation to reconnect with your practice.

Intermediate practitioners: Perhaps your practice has levelled out and become a bit ‘boring’. This course will show you how to take mindfulness off the cushion and into your daily routine.

Experienced meditators: You want to see how the structured, evidence-based Unified Mindfulness framework can complement and organise your existing practice.

What you’ll get from taking part:

  • A practical toolkit of a variety of techniques.
  • An understanding of options: knowing which technique to use, when, and why.
  • Real-world testing: trying these methods out and getting feedback to address any obstacles.

This 8-week training is designed to give you exact tools that will both increase the satisfation of daily life as well as help you handle everyday challenges with more ease and less friction.
