Step 1: Understand Yourself and Your ADHD

We start by getting clear on what life is like for you right now. What’s going well, what’s not working, and the role ADHD plays in your life.

This discovery process will allow us to identify any unhelpful thoughts and beliefs keeping you stuck.

It could be that you keep pushing yourself at work and end up burning out. Or perhaps you always seem to end up doing what other people want and end up getting angry ‘for no reason’.

Step 2: Upgrade Your Thoughts

It’s important to replace your old, unhelpful thoughts with new ones that will serve you better.
Maybe you believe you are destined to fail at anything new or that life will always be a struggle and you will never be happy.
In this step, you will be guided to choose the appropriate new beliefs that work for you and your ADHD brain. We do this step now to introduce a new sense of direction and confirm that you can make positive changes in your life.

Step 3: What You Really Want From Life, and WHY?

The focus of this step is to uncover what’s truly important to you. Perhaps you feel your work or family commitments have taken away your sense of freedom. Or, maybe you’ve given up on a dream job or hobby and are feeling directionless.
By following a personalized, key process we will connect you with the things you love the most and bring them together to form your own unique vision. The result? Your unique vision will create the spark needed to take action and serve as long term guidance to stay on track.

Step 4: The Art of Taking Effective Action

In this step, we’ll turn your vision into a clear set of actions and help you discover how easily these changes can be incorporated into your daily life.

Maybe you’ve tried to make changes before and they’ve felt like “one more thing to do” or an extra burden that quickly became too difficult to stick with. This time, working together, you’ll identify and take the exact right steps to make things easier, not harder.
The result? Measurable progress, freedom from analysis paralysis, ‘all or nothing’ bursts of effort and obsessive perfectionism. Not only does this mean you’ll start getting the right results, you’ll also reclaim your energy and build self trust and confidence.

Step 5: Create Your Systems

We will create systems to make the way you progress even easier. By identifying the key elements of how you make change happen, you will be able to apply them to other areas of your life. Imagine gaining trust in a key personal relationship and then discovering how to adapt those skills into your work life.

When you track progress over time, you will prove to yourself that you can consistently live life as you intend and create long term success. This self confidence and self trust will also allow you to let go of any past negativity towards yourself, allowing an easier, happier and truer way of living, ultimately feeling at home in the world.
